1. a beach with perfect sand & no humidity

2. a semi-deserted island with food & electricity that's easy to come by

3. a perfect city like paris or new york, except minus the tourists

4. a charming cottage in a farmtown like kate winslet's house in the movie 'the holiday'

5. a private schooner in the middle of the mediterannean sea

that should keep me happy for a bit
